Rev. Cynthia InskoRev. Cynthia Insko, Children's Minister
Cynthia is a mom of three children, ages 8,10 and 13, and Cairn Terrier, Joey. She and her husband, Lee, have been married for 19 years and counting. She is a graduate of Samford University and Beeson Divinity School. When she was a child growing up in the NYC suburbs, Cynthia dreamed of being a ballet dancer! That career track ended after a small part in The Nutcracker, but she has had wonderful opportunities to serve as campus minster at several colleges in Alabama and Kentucky and worked with children, youth, and adults in the area of spiritual formation in the local church. Cynthia has also discovered a love for writing Christian education materials and leading retreats. She finds rest and new energy through taking long walks along the Elkhorn, drinking coffee with friends, and reading fiction.
